Very rare 1928 single-sided 12" 78rpm record distributed to Victor dealers, containing a 4 1/2-minute long speech from company president E. E. Shumaker. He discusses the success of the Orthophonic line in 1926-1927 and the threat of aggressive marketing tactics by rival companies, predicting high sales figures for the year 1928. EE+ condition (no groove wear but a few clusters of light handling scratches.) Label has been hand-signed by Mr. Shumaker; decorative Victor backplate.
