This 45 RPM record is very very rare and not well documented.  This was in a batch of radio station demos that was given to the radio station for radio play or so we assume and in an estate we purchased so watch for other perhaps rare and/or unusual 45's. 

Goldmine Grading Defined - Records

  Sealed/New/PM: Factory sealed, never opened. Presumed Mint but not guaranteed. Torn shrink acceptable.

  Mint (M): Perfect, likely never played.

  Near Mint (NM): Almost perfect, very little wear.

  Very Good+ (VG+): Light wear, plays well with minimal noise.

  Very Good (VG): Noticeable wear, some surface noise likely, still enjoyable.

  Good/Good+ (G/G+): Significant wear, skips are unlikely but lots of noise.                                                        

  Poor/Fair (P/F): Cracked, warped, or heavily damaged; barely playable.

Shipped Media Mail  [unless otherwise requested  by  purchaser &  additional costs  may  apply].   The  record(s) will be shipped OUTSIDE the jacket unless asked otherwise by purchaser [This will not apply to Sealed Records or Box Sets].
