SS (Still sealed): Noch verschweißt, fabrikneu

M (Mint): Praktisch neu. Keine Beschädigungen, weder auf der Hülle noch auf dem Medium – vermutlich nie gespielt.

Perfect condition of record / sleeve / inserts.

NM (Near Mint): Wie neu, Keine Beschädigungen, weder auf der Hülle noch auf dem Medium

Like new.

EX (Excellent): Wenig Gebrauchsspuren, geringfügige Verschlechterung der Tonqualität. Das Cover ist geringfügig abgenutzt.

The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in quality. The cover / packing might have light wear and / or creasing.

VG (Very Good): Kleine Kratzer bzw. leichtes Rauschen können vorkommen.

The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects.

G (Good): Die Platte hat an Qualität verloren. Hat starke Kratzer. Das Cover zeigt Beschädigungen.

The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeable deterioration, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing, spine splits, discoloration, etc.

F (Fair): Die Tonträger sind akustisch völlig ohne Wert, da sie praktisch nicht mehr abspielbar sind. Das Cover ist zerrissen oder unvollständig erhalten.

The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise, it may even jump. The cover will be torn, stained and / or defaced.
