Description
Fine Recording Studio (Rochester, NY) acetate. Unknown group and title from the late 60s, I believe. Music is crude, organ-dominated, garage rock with a bit of a psych vibe. Same tune on both sides. I made soundclips of both sides, as I thought there may be slight differences in the two sides--possibly two different takes or alteration of instrument amplification, but I'm uncertain. One of the sides has "Xs" marked on the lacquered surface. However, it does not affect the sound and that side probably sounds better than the unmarked side. It appears that the "Xs" may have been done with a felt-tipped marker. Playing surfaces grade VG. The labels have only the Fine Recording Studio address and phone number. There is no other information on the label or in the deadwax. The glue has aged under the labels causing discoloration. We combine postage for winnings within a 10-day to two-week span.
