4PK - DOWN AND OUT / SO THERE
Label: Private press from school in Holland. Reads: Technische School, Lage Naarderweg 12, Hilversum
Condition: Record is EX+, Picture Sleeve is EX. Has a small repair that you can see on picture in between top 2 heads but otherwise a fantastic original sleeve!

Gradings are as follows: M-, EX+/-, VG+/-, G+/-
All play graded on Technics 1200 and Ortofon Pro cartridge and then visually graded. M- will look like a flawless record retaining it's gloss hence it is not used that often (I do not use Mint unless they are un-played) I have been strict on grading as when I buy I like records to arrive as described.
I ONLY post recorded to protect both of us. Price of post these days is quite expensive but any change left over from postage costs will be reimbursed.
