Description
This is a super rare 45 RPM vinyl record by The Torquettes “El Paso, Texas teen surf band” released between 1959 and 1963 titled Feed Back/Bacardi, released on the Lime Green Torquett (Maybe self produced) label SC 005.This is reportedly one (1) of only 3 singles by this group. The record is a single in a paper sleeve, with a surf style genre and English language lyrics. This collectible item offers a unique glimpse into the surf music scene of the era, making it a valuable addition to any vinyl records collection. Very little information anywhere on the web. VG condition (looks much better than that. Labels show up as VG-VG+ with light smudge marks around center on both sides which can be seen in photos. Beautiful glossy vinyl. There is also a couple minor surface marks, one which runs across vinyl on one side about one inch long, very minor, and another minor surface mark which runs about 2 inches long from outside to inside along the vinyl, but not affecting play on either one, can be seen on vinyl which do not affect play, but hard to see unless seen in bright light. Etched matrix in runoff SC-005 (x-1121) in parentheses side A and SC-006 (x-1122) on B side. Actual video and audio from 45.
