I have been dealing on line for over 15 years. Mostly on ebay. ( Sellers ID charlieugs ) I deal mostly in different media's of vintage music. I have both records and tapes. I do sell some items on half.com and I have over 18,000 items at WEBSTORE .... USER NAME CHARLIEUGS ....

 

I try to be as honest as I can when describing an item but sometimes I may miss something or an item may get lost or damaged if not sold quickly. If I can not deliver the item it will be fully refunded. If an item is not as described I will fully refund when the item is returned to me. I do not give partial refunds, if the item is not as described return it. I do not give considerations if asked. If I wish to give a gift or free shipping to an honest repeat customer then I will. Intimidation does not work with me just makes me mad. Negative remarks do not bother me. Spent 25 years in the ARMY, I'm used to them and realize that you can't make all of the people happy. So feel free to say what you feel. However a lie is not a feeling and if you lie you will not be a repeat customer
