Description
Nice 4 album lot of the original U.S. pressings from RUSH.
1. 2112 - Mercury SRM-1-1079 (1976) - first pressing.
The gatefold cover grades NM minus (NM-) with slight corner wear and very slight shelf wear, but NO seam
splits, NO writing, NO tears, NO stickers, NO tape.
The vinyl is strong VG+ with a few minor scuffs, NO deep marks. Deadwax (trail-off) has A1/B1 and 'JAMF'
machine-stamped on both sides.
2. MOVING PICTURES - Mercury SRM-1-4013 (1981) - original U.S. pressing.
The cover grades NM- with slight wear of one corner and very slight shelf wear, but NO seam splits, NO
writing, NO tears, NO stickers, NO tape.
The vinyl is strong VG with a few scuffs and a few needle marks, but NO deep marks. Matrix numbers in
trail-off end with 1A/1G.
Comes with original custom inner sleeve.
3. SIGNALS - Mercury SRM-1-4063 (1982) - first pressing.
The cover grades VG+ with slight ring wear and very slight corner wear, but NO seam splits, NO writing,
NO tears, NO tape.
The vinyl is NM- with two or three minor scuffs, NO deep marks, loaded with shine and gloss. Matrix
numbers in trail-off end with 1C/1A.
Comes w/original custom inner sleeve.
4. GRACE UNDER PRESSURE - Mercury 818476-1 (1984).
The cover grades NM- with very slight corner wear.
The vinyl is NM-/NM with barely visible two or three faint scuffs, loaded with shine. Trail-off has
"Masterdisk" on side 2 (mastered by Bob Ludwig).
Comes w/original custom inner sleeve.
All in all this is nice lot of RUSH LP's. There are NO seam splits, NO writing, NO tears, NO stains on the covers, and NO feelable marks on the records.
Grading is visual and based on the Goldmine standards: NM/NM-/VG+/VG/VG-/G. NM is my highest grade for an opened LP.
The albums will be shipped in sturdy cardboard LP mailer in poly outer sleeves and w/bubble wrapping. The records will be removed from their covers to protect covers from possible damage in transit.
