I will try to be as clear as I can be on these. These four records have been in my family since new, they were opened, but never used, The comic books were never removed from the covers until a couple of weeks ago, so never handled. I am a vinyl record collector but not so much with comic books, so I do under stand condition. I would say these are as pristine as they they can be. There are no corner bumps or page creases, tears or writing on them, they are flat, and almost as new. One of them (the Avengers) has what I would call a slightly wavy corner that only effects the last two pages, this is from the way it was put inside the cover at the factory and not from use, and could easily be pressed out when being graded. These records were not installed with inner sleeves like normal rock music records so they may have imperfections from moving around inside the cardboard sleeves, but it's not from play. These are in extremely nice condition as you can see from the photos. These albums sell for roughly $1000.00 without the Comics, the comics in this condition have gone for as high as $7000.00 each at Auction. Thank you for looking and good luck on your bidding!!
