Description

Lot of 28 x 78 rpm records.

Some great titles here. Many classic rock and roll titles plus some jazz, skiffle and a few vocal tracks from the likes of Shirley bassey.

Artists include: Teresa brewer, frankie Vaughan, Shirley bassey, elvis Presley, connie Francis, Betty smiths skiffle, the south landers, jerry Lewis, frankie lyman & teenagers, the platters, Lonnie donegan, Marion Ryan, jimmy Dorsey, don Lang, fats domino, bassing street blues, billy Williams, Anne Shelton, sammy Davis, Lionel Hampton, perry como, Eric Delaney, Jodie sands, Kay Starr, tommy Steele, johnnie ray, the johnny Otis show etc.

All uk presses here. Mostly in original covers although some may be mixed up.
These come in the original home made 78 box. It's a bit bruised but keeps them altogether. Can but cleaned and fixed up.
The 78's are all intact. One has a slight nick in the run in but still plays. I am no expert on these so am not willing to give them a clean. That all have some surface wear but look like that will clean up fine. Some are shiny still. I would grade all between good and very good. I have played a few on my rather crumby deck that plays 78's and they sound fine although with the typical sound that 78's give.

I am selling as a whole lot with the home made bod. As a result postage would be very high. So pick up only or if you would want to arrange a courier I would be happy with that. Due to the nature of acetates I am reluctant to pack up and send separately through fear of breakages.

Many thanks.
