Description

Two Recordio 78 RPM Records featuring an Air Check from WBRU Radio (for Brown and Pembroke)
Jazz program broadcast at Brown University (the date mentioned on side 2 news is Dec 1, 1948)
These two records are off-air recordings from WBRU, "The Jazz Club," 
Side 1 on the record with the pink label, Dick Diago (?) speaks and talks about show and does introduction broadcast from the Savoy Club.
Side 2, Rod Kennedy at the "headquarters in Boston"  talks about club and news, and introduces George Baird who reads a news flash about a shooting

Record 2, side 1 Rod Kennedy talks about the Jazz Club and talks about Bob Over Dixieland Jazz
side 2:  Rod Kennedy continues to speak.
So, there's no actual music on this, but it interesting for the WBRU radio historian.
All four sides play clearly, but have "cardboard record" surface noise.
