1977 Van Halen Self Titled Original Vinyl LP Record W/ Shrink David Lee Roth. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Media Mail. I bought this new in the mid to late 80’s. The cover has some creases and marks but no major damage. Shrink is still mostly intact with a tear on the front and a piece of the shrink missing on the back. Inner sleeve has some minor marks and creases as well as a side seam split. I will ship the record in a new white sleeve. Vinyl itself has some visible marks and scratches. I cleaned and listened to the entire album before listing and here’s what I found. Side 1 starts out with some noticeable surface noise. It gets a little better by the solo on Runnin With the Devil, but it doesn’t go away throughout especially during the quieter parts. No skip or jumps though. Side 2 has a little surface noise here and there but no skips or jumps. There’s a noise in the quiet space between Jamie’s Crying and Atomic Punk. Since there’s no skips or jumps, I’ll grade it at VG. Not a perfect copy, but still listenable in my opinion. I tried to describe it as accurately as possible for the buyer.
