 I am not a grader or a professional, I inspect the record and take pictures of what I assume is important to you. 

I did see a couple of hair scratches on both sides and a couple of surface smudges.  I don't have a cleaner.  There is a T in blue pen top corner left back side

I played the record and didn't hear any surface noise. It was played on a Crosley. I do my best to describe items.
