PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING: Please read the entire auction listing, including shipping costs, before writing to ask a question. OUR GOAL IS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. In order to meet that goal, we will ALWAYS work with our customers on any concerns that may arise. In the unlikely instance that you feel the need to open a resolution dispute before working with us, you will immediately be blocked from any further chance to acquire the rare music we present each and every week. Payment is required within seven days. We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has became very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable and will result in blocking the bidder. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our 8000 plus positive feedback. We use a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery. We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. Please give us 5 stars in each category through the feedback system, and we will be able to effectively continue to fulfill your passion for rare and collectible music! From the early '70s (1973) Japanese longhair underground rock scene! The solo album by Yuya Uchida, housed in a custom THICK gatefold die-cut cover:::
Yuuya UCHIDA is a GOD of Japanese rock !! He started the FLOWERS, who morphed into the Flower Travellin' Band ...issuing the rare "Challenge" Lp in 1969, credited as Yuuya Uchida and The Flowers, the LP mainly featured cool fuzz-psych renditions of popular '60s psychedelic '60s groups and as producer of the LP, Yuya Uchida was exploring the emerging psychedelic rock movement and desired to 'turn-on" the work of upcoming bands: such as Cream, Janis Joplin, Jimi Hendrix, Jefferson Airplane to a Japanese audience.
Yuya Uchida injects percussion, backing vocals in the first Flowers Lp.
Four years later, Yuya gathered together for a jam session - some of the biggest stars of the heavy rock scene, including members of Flower Travellin' Band & Blues Creation, the jams were so cool, why not issue the wild, hardrock & roll album...for sure there are plenty of intense driving renditions with blistering hard rock guitar action on both sides of the platter...
The LP features: Kazuo Takeda of Blues Creation on guitar and Takahiro Inoue legendary guitarist who played in '60s garage groups, later the guitarist for Damo Suzuki ("Can" vocalist)
Also jamming is George Wada from Flower Travellin Band and many guests from the heavy-rock underground scene....info/photo insert included, you can see "Joe" vocalist of Flower Travellin' Band, and other underground rock *stars*
