PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING: Please read the entire auction listing, including shipping costs, before writing to ask a question. OUR GOAL IS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. In order to meet that goal, we will ALWAYS work with our customers on any concerns that may arise. In the unlikely instance that you feel the need to open a resolution dispute before working with us, you will immediately be blocked from any further chance to acquire the rare music we present each and every week. Payment is required within seven days. We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has became very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable and will result in blocking the bidder. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our 8000 plus positive feedback. We use a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery. We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. SUPER RARE unknown Original 1972 PRIVATE PRESS featuring local underground Texas folk & psych artists and bands...
Includes the way cool garage psych sound of the Boogaloos delivering a stoned groove called "Often" that many will dig - wailing fuzz leads -- a must have collectible sound! Perhaps even better is "If You Knew," a killer female vocal psych song with fuzz leads that creep in and take the track into crystalline acid nirvana...
This is a turned-on 1972 folk and rock college project from the University of Dallas...and such a buried obscurity that next to nothing is known about it, only a couple other copies have surfaced...No tracking information ...several tracks have the 'right' sound private pressing collectors look for. Opening with a wailing harp led cool cocktail bluesy shuffle, into a hippie female folker, another couple dreamy folk tracks with weaving acoustic & slide guitar...another couple of really good female folk groovers with the cool lost sound - one of the female sung tracks, mentioned in the paragraph above, has a great psychy "Reign Ghost" sound with loud fuzz guitar outburst; if the whole album were like this it would be valued at thousands$$$
All said, several of the tracks deliver a surprising output given the fact the artists never made it past this mega rare local Texas release from 40 years ago...

CONDITION: The Cover: Solid and highly collectible, "EX" (excellent) and condider it a special copy when an easy to soil cream color private press from 40 years ago is this clean ... just a little light handling is all...no split seams, no alarming problems...
The Vinyl: both sides retain the original gloss though there are some minor short scuffs and hairlines that show up under bright light, reflecting sometimes little light ticks and such, nothing near bad, mostly plays clean. Visual: looks VG(+) and plays VG+ to excellent.
A cool addition to anyone's music library!
