Up for auction is a collectable record album by Jimmy Buffett titled Down To Earth on Barnaby Records released in 1970. This is Jimmy's very first lp. Cover has a cut corner at top left and a round white price sticker at top right front. Nice condition for a somewhat rare vinyl lp and a great addition to any Buffett collection. Disc labels are clear and crisp, clean. Disc retains original gloss and shine, sounds great with a lot of punch. Record has been played to insure there are no warps, skips, sticks, cracks, ect....
