Description
Ultra Rare 1969 One-Sided Blind Faith Metal Actetate of Prescence Of The Lord and Can’t Find My Way Home on Atlantic Records Label (ATCO).
Acetates in the 1960’s were produced in VERY limited quantities with usually between 1 and 6 copies made. Usually the band members, producer and sound engineer would each get a copy to listen to to check sound quality and the mix before moving ahead with the actual pressing.
No way of knowing if this was Clapton’s copy or Steve Winwood, Ginger Baker or Rick Grech.
Overall quality is Very Good with a little background crackle throughout. Remember acetates were not made to be played over and over. For 54 years old this is in respectable condition and is quite rare from this very early supergroup.
