Hi, I'm Marcia. My dad has passed down his Reggae collection from when he was a teenager. The collection consists of Reggae & Ska, 7" & 12" singles and albums mostly ranging from 1964 to 1984 and represses. You may remember me from years ago, that's how I got most of my feedback score when I helped my dad sell his doubles back then.

This record has been graded...
Visually = G+ due to a few deeper scratches & marks as well as lighter ones. Nearly looks better like VG (see photos)
Auditory = VG due to pops, clicks and light background noise throughout. It's louder on side B and borderline G+ (see sound sample for the first 30 seconds of each side)
Sleeve = VG+

• I do not end auctions early, I'm on strict instructions to let ALL auctions run for the records to find their true value.

• I always relist unsold records with a lower starting price each week. The lowest I list them for is £1.99, these will just be relisted at this price
• I am happy to wait for payment if you are buying more than one record to save on postage, even though ebay will keep pestering you to pay.
• Please pay within 30 days of your first winning record to avoid any further action. This does not mean bid on lots of items and then find them cheaper elsewhere. You will be banned for doing this. 

• Hairline scratches = VG+
• Light scratches = VG
• Deeper scratches = G+

• If i grade a record 'G+ due to deeper scratches and marks, nearly looks better like VG' it means G+ is the first part of that grading which I describe as accurately as possible and give reasons why. The second part that says 'nearly looks better like VG' can be found under the Goldmine Grading System which is clearly displayed in the listing. In this case, you would look at VG which consists of light scratches. I do not describe the second part of my grading. 
• G+ can be given if there are 1 or 100 deep scratches. If that 1 scratch is just slightly deeper than a light scratch then it will be downgraded from VG to G+. If there are only a few deeper scratches and lots of lighter ones then i'll mark it as G+ hence why I put nearly looks better like VG. If the record has lots of deep scratches then I grade it G+ with no second part.
• This will be the same for the audio clips too.
• Although every effort is made to take photos of every single scratch on the records, not all scratches will show up in certain lights if they are too small or hairline and vice versa, some scratches can seem as if they are worse than what they actually are if the sun is shining through my window.
• I also don't always mention things like rough edges or chips on the outer edge however, they are most likely in the photos so please make sure you're happy with the photos and description of each record before purchasing. 

• The Audio clips are the actual vinyl record being recorded by myself on a suitcase record player plugged into my subwoofer box through PC speakers using my S24 Mobile phone. This is not a professional set-up and may sound different than its original form, this is just for you to hear what you're buying.
• All 7" sound samples are recorded for the first 30 seconds of each side only and not for specific scratches, pops or clicks mentioned in the listing. This is due to a 1 min time limit on each video I can upload.
• There may be background noises of family in the house & cars outside which cannot be helped. You may also hear me on my keyboard or clicking the mouse button whilst doing the recordings

• Please pay for your items together by combining them at checkout. 
• I always refund the difference on postage costs if you've paid too much.  
• Most auctions end in the evening. I always send your items off the next morning where possible
• To get your records within 2 days, please pay before 9am the next day otherwise it will go in a later post from the post office and you may receive your items a day or two longer than expected. 
• ALL records are sent by Royal Mail 48 tracked (unless you select a different carrier) 
• This is a business account which means I cannot compete with Simple Delivery cheap postage prices as it's only offered to private sellers. 

• It costs me £2.85 to purchase a Royal Mail 48 tracked label for a 7" record from ebay. You can send 2 records for this price. I add 40p towards packaging which consists of a record mailer, stickers, packaging, pen and tape which is why postage is £3.25
• For more than 2 records, I usually have to use a bigger mailer with extra cardboard which makes the parcel bigger and costs £3.85 to purchase, again, I add 40p towards packaging which consists of a record mailer, stickers, packaging, pen and tape which is why postage is £4.25
• Postage prices change all the time, I can only amend listings that have no bids which means updated prices may be 1 week behind 

• Royal Mail 48 tracked only covers you up to £75 which should have photo evidence of where the parcel is left if you're not home. 
• Royal Mail 48 tracked signed-for still only covers you up to £75 but being signed-for means they cannot leave your parcel anywhere outside and MUST get a signature, if you're not home, then they must find someone to sign it and take it in. 
• Royal Mail Special Delivery is for items that are worth more than £75, this covers you up to £750 and will get to you by 1pm the next day. This service also requires a signature and cannot be left anywhere outside. 
• I will not be sending items worth more than £75 by Royal Mail tracked 48 for £3.25 as buyers can claim the full amount back through ebay for items going missing or get damaged. This will leave me out of pocket, please make sure you're happy to be fully covered before bidding. 

• Please note, I have now changed over to the Global shipping program due to records going missing beyond my control which results in buyers making a claim against me. 
• Please pay for your records together by combining items at checkout. 
• I have no control over how much ebay charge for this service and I cannot amend the price that is shown. 
• Please select the right postage cover at check out as the basic £3.25 postage only covers your item up to £75 to get it to the shipping centre. Please select special delivery £13 to be covered up to £750. If you accidentally miss this part, please contact me to arrange a separate payment to fully insure your item to the UK shipping centre.
• Although the postage price may seem higher, you are paying for taxes and customs fees along with postage.
• I will be changing over from Royal Mail very soon because I cannot claim back any money for lost or damaged items as they ask for the original receipt of purchase. As these are vintage items, this request is impossible and I will be left out of pocket.
• Sending items cheaply has resulted in items being stuck at customs, leaving buyers to pay huge customs fees which has to be paid before the records are released. Using GSP will give you peace of mind that ALL fees are covered and will arrive to you safely with no extra fees or waiting weeks for your items to be released from customs.
• After researching other couriers for shipping, it would seem that other prices are not far off from GSP prices. Royal Mail are the cheapest but don't pay compensation unless you can prove how you purchased the item. Although everyone says it's ok to send things the cheapest way, it's not ok when it happens to them which i have just experienced. Buyers will naturally make a claim to ebay to get a refund for lost or damaged items, i am therefore not covered and will be left out of pocket.
• I will no longer send items under the value of £9.99 due to high International fees, a £3.99 record costs me £3.70 in fees and is simply not worth me sending.
