We have a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 2/3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers.
We mail all paid orders out once a week on Fridays/Saturdays. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule to Monday. We strive to keep our shipping and handling costs as close to actual charges as reasonable. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. Please be aware we have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.

CROWN OF CREATION is a rich and varied creation indeed, showing off the different talents of the main songwriters. Among the many memorable moments are Grace Slick's beautiful vocal on "Lather," Jorma Kaukonen's stunning wah-wah solo on "If You Feel." Add to this the intense lyrics (such as the drug-themed "Greasy Heart"), Marty Balin and Paul Kantner's consistently strong vocals throughout, and Jack Casady's remarkable dexterity on bass. This is most certainly the Airplane's "REVOLVER". Despite endless studio tricks - there are sound effects, distorted, screeching guitars, and layered overdubs on almost every song. The trade offs through out by bassist Casady & guitarist Koukonen are remarkable ...It's much more carefully produced than its predecessor, with long jams being sacrificed completely to make room for an even greater slew of catchy tunes dressed up as freaky peace-and-love anthems (the 3/4-time "Lather," one of Slick's best psychedelic tunes; "If You Feel"; "Ice Cream Phoenix"). The ominous title track says it all: screamingly apocalyptic, like the album cover, it was clearly intended for the hippie underground. One of the best Jefferson Airplane albums, certainly catches the legendary band at their peak, with no weak somgs anywhere in sight!
