Description

                                                  ***  ATTENTION! **

Please carefully read our entire listing to answer any questions you may have,  including discount shipping rates at end of listing; then contact us directly with any other information you may need.

WITH MUCH APPRECIATION TO ALL OUR CUSTOMERS:  If you have a question on orders received, please contact us.  We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied.   When leaving Feedback, please consider the following:  eBay's policy on the 5-star rating system is anything less than a 5  reduces our standing with eBay and ultimately can affect our selling abilities.   SO please give us 5 stars in each category through the feedback system, and we will be able to effectively continue to fulfill your passion for rare and collectible music!  We have served thousands of satisfied customers  - far more than our feedback records indicate - and our aim is to continue to do so.

We have a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records.   Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of  2/3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers.

We mail all paid orders out once a week on Fridays/Saturdays.  Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule to Monday.   We strive to keep our shipping and handling costs as close to actual charges as reasonable.  We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order.  Please be aware we have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.

TO OUR REPEAT CUSTOMERS:  We are happy to hold orders to save on shipping.  Please pay your current invoice within five days of auctions ending and, if you request, we will hold your order and reflect a shipping discount for each additional order shipped together in the same parcel.

As always, thank you for your support!

Beautiful Clean....VINYL 1964 first pressing in *MONO*...the rare mono release is the ONLY way to go on this one as the stereo issue is fake stereo with thin sound...the MONO copy here offers different song mixes from the stereo issue and, as well, contains the big beat punch of the (mono) sound production which is much different from the simulated stereo release from 1964...

Contains the legendary original issue of HOUSE OF THE RISING SUN ... The Animals stormed the USA in the wave of Beatlemania and the British Invasion. Even in England they were considered one of the most powerful of the early bands, right behind The Beatles, The Dave Clark 5, The Stones and in there with The Yardbirds and Kinks ...

Eric Burdon was lead singer of these rough & tumble Animals -- formed during 1962 in Newcastle England. They combined electric blues with rock and were one of the leading bands of the "British Invasion." Along with, The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, The ANIMALS helped to introduce the world to British music and fashion. Burdon's powerful voice can be heard in all The Animals songs, his rich tones dominate and pretty much are unequaled style and delivery.

The very first album released in the USA in 1964 contains the tracks the band were storming with in concert throughout England, Europe and the USA. Rave-up beatrock pounders and riviting R&B laced ballads in great tradition of the British Invasion onslaught of 1964...
