1963 SVIATOSLAV RICHTER Schubert Wanderer Fantasie & Sonata in A major. Japan Red Everclear Vinyl = UK HMV ASD 561. Early issue in Japan, on this first type red vinyl with the discography envelope inner and the original 1960s OBI sash. Very few 60s Japanese records survive nearly 6 decades with the sash intact. The seams are all good and the record is flat, does not appear to have been played much in the 58 years. A small dry area of red stain, possibly from the OBI sash to the rear corner as shown. A nice rare record in fabulous sound at a very fair price. Our ethos is to offer you best sounding analogue only pressings of vintage records. Here is another beauty of that type. If the appearance or playgrade suggests it requires it, our records are cleaned on a wash and vac machine, using art du son fluid in distilled water. This is already in a new heavy poly outer with antistatic inners added with outer sleeve and records all layered behind each other to prevent splits.
