Description
This is a real “must have” for a Dylan Collector.
Only the USA and the UK released this debut album in 1962. Other European and international versions were not released until well after Bob had become famous along with a number of re-released versions in the US and UK.
There are several specific characteristics that identify this unique original version which can be readily verified on the numerous Dylan web sites.
1) "BOB DYLAN" is offset to the left on the orange record label
2) The record speed is shown as just "33" instead of "331/3" on later releases
3) The first tack on the label is incorrectly titled "She's No Good”
4) The back cover has three folded over flaps on the edges, later releases did not.
The record is in good playable condition and in its original internal sleeve . The cover sleeve has some yellowing at the edge due to age but otherwise in reasonable condition as can be seen from the photograph.
This is a valuable item that I am sure will attract the interest of serious collectors so I am confident that it will realise a realistic price without the need for a reserve
