RELEASE DATE: 1957. CONTENTS: SIDE 1: “I’ll Remember (In the Still of the Night),” “Our Anniversary,” “Wish I Had My Baby,” “Wonderful Girl,” “Sugar,” “I’ll Get Along,” and a transcendent ballad version of “Again.” SIDE 2: “To the Aisle,” “Pretty Baby,” “Our Love Is Forever,” “Oh Happy Day,” “Jones Girl,” “Weeping Willow,” and “Moonlight and I.”  PLAYING TIME: Not given. RECORD GRADE (PLAY GRADED): What did they make vinyl records out of 50 years ago??? This record has several nasty – I mean nasty – scratches on it, but to listen to it you would never know. Even on the quietest moments in the songs and in the spaces between songs, these scratches simply do not show up! No snaps, no crackles, no pops, no skips almost anywhere. One verse of “Moonlight and I” contains several low pops. Otherwise, there is the barest ambient or background sound, and it is virtually inaudible, even when you are listening for it. And I most definitely was listening for it as I play-graded this record, so as to give the most accurate description possible of its playing quality. Although I am not the original owner, I have cared for this record since I found it in 1969, and I have taken very good care of it these past 38 years. The play-grading was the first time I had put the record on my turntable since the 1970s. I grade the sound to VERY GOOD OR BETTER. The next listener of this LP is in for a real thrill! There cannot be many copies of this rarity around and in this kind of condition. JACKET GRADE: VERY GOOD. The covers are amazingly pristine except for (1) “.50” written in pen above the “5” on the cover and (2) Scotch tape over half of the top seam. SHIPPING & HANDLING: For shipping, the record will be protected by a plastic sleeve, and the jacket will be protected by a plastic cover. In addition, the album will be packaged with sturdy cardboard supports. Our standards for both grading and packaging have consistently earned the highest ratings from our customers.
