LOCAL PICK-UP : Please contact us if you would like to arrange pick up of your item at it's existing location. Click here for maps to our current locations. A handling fee of $5 for counter pickup and $10 for dock pickup will be charged. Pickups must be made within 10 days of auction's end. Delays will result in storage fees. Please contact us for fee amounts and approval of such. Delays exceeding 30 days may result in forfeiture of item and amounts paid.
RETURNS Customer satisfaction is our highest priority.If you have a problem with any of our merchandise please allow us the opportunity to work it out. It is never our intention to mislead anyone. Frankly, if we make a mistake we will correct it.
These mistakes we will correct with no questions asked:

WeSellNow will accept return of the goods only if they are not exactly as described in this listing. Matters of opinion are just that, and not necessarily an automatic reason for return. You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item to request a return authorization or a refund will not be granted.
