Description

Offered is: "Easter Everywhere" by Thirteenth Floor Elevators.

This is a MONO issue on the Green/Turquoise with Silver print label. (MONO is printed on the labels.)

This record is on the International Artists Producing Corp. label, IA-LP- 5. The matrix numbers/letters show IA LP 05 hand etched in the dead wax on both sides! 

The word Masterphonics is NOT found in the dead wax!

There are distinct differences between the Mono and Stereo mixes on "Easter Everywhere"

1. The Mono pressing has a heavier bass mix on all tracks as compared to Stereo.

2. The "jug" on the track "She Lives (In A Time Of Her Own) is far more prominently heard on MONO than Stereo.

3. The track "Levitation" has a double tracked vocal on the MONO issue.

4. Roky's solo harmonica on "I Had To Tell You" is much clearer on the MONO version versus Stereo.

All of the above differences CAN be heard on this MONO issue of "Easter Everywhere" I am offering today!
