GRADING:
I use a common letter system along with a description. Letter system goes like this : M / NM / VG+ / VG/ G+ / G / P.
A BRIEF GUIDE TO CONDITIONING.
M (mint) being absolutly flawless in every way. new and sealed
NM (near mint) a perfect record. as good as you can get with out being sealed.
VG+ (very good plus) nearly perfect. very desirable. almost flaws on cover or vinyl
VG (very good) A nice record. Plays well. A desired condition. light marks, small frays. no overbearing wear.
G+ (good plus) Good shape with signs of wear becoming more evident. minor cover fray or splits. some noticable vinyl flaws
G (good) obvious flaws but still desirable. some heavy wear on vinyl and or cover.
P (poor) being the worst condition a cover/vinyl could be in.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF CONDITION
Record - G+/G - this Lp plays through fine with no skips or heavy overbearing noise. I listened to it thoroughly, several times. There is some light noise and occational pops. Record surface has a large amount of light marks. the record has lot of light scuffs and wear. This is the sort of wear cause from entering and exiting a dust sleeve. wear is evident but still holds a desirable condition. the label has a name written with pen on B side. there is some signs of light wear around center hole.
Cover -VG/G+ - cover is nice with bold graphic. some light ringwear and light cornerwear. bottom seam and spine have split. , these split seams have been very cleanly taped. tape is very clean and goes almost un noticed. some minor creasing around the edges of the cover. name written in pen on back cover.
