International Artist Records catalog #IA-LP-1, stereo, copyright 1966.
A very clean copy of "The Psychedelic Sounds of the 13th Floor Elevators" by 13th Floor Elevators. This is an original press, not a reissue. 
Matrix #'s side one: (S) - IA #1 B1 side one Matrix #'s side two: (S) - IA #1 B1 side two
Vinyl is in VG++ condition. Play surfaces are very clean with several light scuffs and a few random inaudible dimples. Sleeve is VG++ with moderate handling wear, moderate ring wear, and some slight discoloration on the rear. (see photos)
