The arbiters of Texas psych !!

Hey guys,
Let's face it - this is a classic record and one of the best sound vinyl recordings in history, in my opinion
Grading:
OUTER SLEEVE: The outer sleeve looks good with no rips or breaks or cracks - it aged well There is some speckled white marks on the cover about the "13th floor" and the top spine is a little worn on the back above the pyramid eye is a small brown ring and above the red 13th floor elevators at the top is a little marking that looks like waves  OTHERWISE it is in very sturdy and good condition
VINYL CONDITION: both sides of the blue/green label looks immaculate - great condition  there is some evident surface marks and nicks on both sides - I played the record twice on my turntable with a new cartridge on it and it sounds great - warm and crystal clear, I almost questioned selling it !  However, aesthetically speaking there is a bunch of visual surface marks but no scratches go deep and there is no popping, skipping or cracks in the vinyl to be sure.  I am looking at the record in very detailed fluorescent lighting as well. A friend of mine who owns a record shop says the album is still work over $200 in the current condition. I am just trying to me as descriptive as possible
The Good and Good + rating is just trying to use my better judgement I would still say this is in pretty amazing shape for the album we are talking about
LABEL: IA LP 1  Houston, Texas
I have kept all of my rare records in a smoke free and clean home on a well maintained record shelf
Thanks for looking and hope this album finds a new good home :)
