Description
Due to prospective emigration I finally decided to let go of my private record collection. For more than 25 years I have been collecting Rock, Beat, Blues, Folk, Jazz - mostly originals from the 1950s, the 1960s and the 1970s. This is their second album. All the store copies were in STEREO. Only a few MONO copies, pressed as white label promos, were sent out to radio stations.

I bought this some years ago in Texas from a girl, who had found it in a thrift store in Austin!
Having been collecting records from the sixties for nearly 30 years now, I have no doubt that this is an original:
The print on the label is crisp and clean.
The label says "PROMOTIONAL NOT FOR SALE" on both sides.
There is no masterfonics in the dead wax.
The print on the cover is sharp and clear.
Back cover has MONO written, where all other copies I have seen until today say STEREO.
Comes with the original lyrics insert. The insert has yellowed from age and is partly torn, but it is completely there. Also there are a few water stains on one side (see scan).
· Record: Very Good (VG+), there are some thin hairlines on both sides, that cause a little bit of surface noise every now and then. But there is also a 1/2 inch scratch on side 1 track 2, that can be felt with a fingernail and it causes clicks repeatedly. However, all in all the record plays really well all the way through.
· Cover: Still Good (VG-), there has quite obviously been some water damage to the lower one inch of the cover. The seam is not split, but the paper right on the seam is gone. Also, there is a dime-size piece missing at the lower left side (see scan). The back cover shows some discoloration along the lower seam. There is some minor wear along the left side of the upper seam. The seams are not split, though! There is clearly visible ring wear on the front cover and minor ring wear on the back cover. There is NO WRITING on the cover or on the labels.
