13th FLOOR ELEVATORS: "Easter Everywhere" STEREO ORIGINAL PRESSING LP!
Super rare record to list up here.  The legendary 2nd album by the 13th Floor Elevators, "Easter Everywhere."  Released on International Artists, IA-LP-5.  Dead wax reads: A SIDE- IAS 5 Side 1 1C, B SIDE- IAS 5 Side 2 1C.  There is no "Masterphonics" in the dead wax.  There is no original inner sleeve included with this LP.  If there are any other questions regarding this record, please feel free to ask as we realize the value and importance of understanding what you are biding on.  LONG LIVE THE ELEVATORS!!!!!
GRADING:

vinyl: ok, so this will be long winded so hang in there while reading.  the vinyl overall is in very nice shape.  all of the songs play through with a VG+ play grade and only minor surface noise in quieter parts is heard.  good low end sound throughout.  the issue with this copy is that on the song "Slip Inside This House" which is the first song on the record, there are a few spots to talk about.  the first spot (which you can see on the vinyl when holding it) gives you 2-4 pops which on 1 turntable was fairly audible and on another was a little more faint.  it WILL produce noise, as this first song seemed to have taken the most wear on the entire record and has the most surface noise compared to the other tracks.  the second spot is a little bit smaller than a pin head and it looks like a little bit of extra vinyl did not get fully pressed into grooves.  this is were it gets tricky.  this spot has been play checked on a few turntables now and 3/4 of the time the record locked into this groove because of the spot of vinyl in the groove and could not pass.  the other times it popped a few times and jumped a hair past it and continued playing.  SOOOO, we here at Harvest Records wanted to be up front in this listening.  there is the possibility that the piece of vinyl in the groove could be attempted to be removed BUT we chose not to because of the rare quality of this record.  this was quite the full disclosure! phew!

jacket: VG+ (very strong jacket on this record.  the gold cover is in really nice shape considering most originals, the cover really gets hit hard with wear.  there really isn't much ring wear to speak of, just some small areas here and there.  there are fingerprint smudges on the cover.  the seams are ALL intact and there is no partial splitting or anything, just very minor wear.  the bottom left corner is dinged in a bit as well as the top right corner…very minor on both.  obviously for any of these descriptions to make more sense, please check the photos)
