Description
This is a sale for the following LP vinyl record:
Artist: 13th Floor Elevators
Title: Easter Everywhere
Vinyl Condition: VG+
Cover Condition: VG+
This is a very nice looking and awesome sounding mono pressing of the 13th Floor Elevator's masterpiece, Easter Everywhere. I am unable to determine the origin of this release, but it is not likely an original from the 1960s nor is it from the 1979 IA box set (IA box set contained the stereo version of this album). This particular release, while not an original pressing is still very rare. Online research suggests that this is a 1990's re-issue from an analog source, but that is a guess. The cover is not a gatefold and the spine is white without anything printed on it, which indicates that it may have been sold in a set with other records. The runouts are Side A: IA LP - 05 A and Side B: IA LP - 05 B. The labels are turquoise and each side says Mono. The name of the last track is misspelled as Posturos (Leave Your Body Behind) instead of Postures (Leave Your Body Behind). I believe this is the same typo found on the original mono release.
This is a nice looking copy, almost NM! If you would rather not spend $2000 on a 1960's mono pressing, this is the way to go! Sounds awesome and looks great too.

**** NOTE TO BUYERS****
I use the Goldmine record grading system, which is detailed below. Cover's and vinyl are graded separately and may not fall into the same category. If you would like more info about a particular title, please ask. I check Ebay often and will try to get back to you promptly.
M (MINT) - Album is brand new, sealed, and unplayed.
NM (NEAR MINT) - Vinyl looks as if you just got it home from a new record store and removed the shrink wrap. LP cover may have some light rub marks.
VG+ (VERY GOOD PLUS) - Vinyl may show some signs of wear and may have slight scuffs or very light scratches that don't affect one's listening experience. Sleeves will have some slight wear, lightly turned corners, or a slight seam split. Also may have slight signs of wear also may be marred by a cut out hole, indentation or corner indicating it was taken out of print and sold at discount.
VG (VERY GOOD) - Vinyl has light wear, scratches or scuffs. Covers may be marred by writing, or have tape or stickers (or their residue) attached, or small seam splits.
G (GOOD) - Vinyl has moderate, ever wear throughout, but still playable. Surface noise and scratches. A cover or sleeve will has large seam splits. especially at the bottom or on the spine. Tape, writing, ring wear or other defects will start to overwhelm the cover.
P (POOR) - Lowest Grade. Audible scratches, etc. on more than half the tracks. Listening uncomfortable. The sleeve is water damages, split on all three seams or heavily marred by wear and writing.
