Description
I purchased this stereo13th Floor Elevator LP years ago. I'm not sure of the date, but this reissue has the blank back.
The vinyl looks as close to mint as you'll find under a halogen light, and plays mint with virtually dead silence between cuts. There are no spindle marks worth noting. The cover is a strong M- with a trace of discoloration on the white back. The spine and seams are perfect and there are no creases or ring wear on the front and all corners are sharp as is the opening. It comes with a generic white inner.
I began buying records in the mid 60’s and I’ve always been fanatical about record care and storage.
The records I sell are from my personal collection, including backup copies. I've never been one to buy VG records or anything with an audible scratch, which eliminates the vast majority.
Over the decades, I've seen grading fads come and go, such as the current use of nonsense grades like NM+ and NM- as well as the dubious belief among neophytes that there’s no such thing as a mint record.
I use standard US grading plus the UK grade of EX in order to eliminate the dreaded VG+++.
Records are first inspected under a halogen light-the only light that shows every flaw-and any blemishes are examined with a 10x power magnifier which allows the grooves to be fully inspected; then they’re play graded on a Linn Sondek LP12.
As a record buyer, I've had a lot of over graded “garage sale” LPs arrive covered with gritty dust and greasy fingerprints while the seller claims a “visual” grade based on fantasy. Be assured that my records will arrive dust and fingerprint free.

I ship using standard LP mailers with the record secured outside of the cover to avoid seam splits. Domestic shipping includes Delivery Confirmation (with insurance at your option). Records are shipped approximately 5 days after your payment clears.
International shipping for any record selling for $40 or more will be sent by Registered Mail for $27, otherwise: $19.
