Ladies and Gentlemen, I got the honour to present one of the rares and most collectible Beatles-albums world wide, the norwegian 1967 pressing of HELP.
This is concidered to be the second rarest of the norwegian Beatles-albums, only the norwegian pressing of A Hard Days Night are rarer than this one. Of AHDN it's know 3 - yes, THREE - copies world wide, and of this pressing of HELP it's known app. 8-10 copies. I have been dealing with records here in Norway since 1987, and I have in person seen this release 4 times in all that years. AHDN I have seen 2 times.
There was 3 albums released on this 1967-label: HELP, Sgt Peppers and Beatles' Greatest. Sgt Peppers can be found every now and then, Beatles' Greatest very seldom and HELP next to never.
The record is a very strong EX. It only got some surface marks (paper scuffs) and it plays great.
The cover is the common UK cover, almost all norwegian records was released like this. It was not printed any album covers for Beatles in Norway. It's also in great shape with some minor corner- and edgewear. No splits, tears or bends. No writing or anything else.
The labels are also in great shape with only a few very light spindle marks.
The records comes with the original norwegian inner sleeve.
Overall this is definitively a keeper, you will never have to look for an upgrade here. And this will probably be your only chance in this year and the coming years to get your hands on a copy of this release.
