PAYMENT METHODS You can pay for your item by PAYPAL, Cheque (Drawn in GBP), Postal Order (Drawn in GBO), or sending me GBP Cash (Coins and notes), Euros (1 or 2 coins, all notes) and most other currencies in banknote form only. Cheques / Postal Orders; these need o be made out to Mr M Margerison. Should you wish your item to be sent to a different address, please make this clear to me when making your Paypal payment. All postal payments MUST include details of your name, item name and number, and the required delivery address. If you send cash through the post this is at your own risk. Items paid by cheque are not sent until the cheque has cleared - normally 5 working days from when I receive it.

CONTACT - You MUST ensure that you have made your payment/OR at the very minimum contacted me to arrange payment within 5 days of the auction's end date, and subsequently your payment must have reached me NO LATER than 14 days after the end date. Failure to comply with my terms on either of these points WILL result in the item being reported to E-Bay as "Unpaid", the item WILL be relisted and negative feedback WILL be left on your profile.

 FEEDBACK - My policy on this is that I will only leave feedback for you, when I have received it first. I do this because I work very hard in my spare time to provide an efficient service to all of my customers, however its very frustrating when I am not left any comments. Some people may consider this to be blackmail to ensure I get comments, but please be assured that I'll leave feedback for you within 48 hours of it being left for me. Therefore, please leave me feedback on the transaction when you have received the item - thank you for co-operating with me about this.

REFUNDS - If you are not happy with your item, then I will upon receipt of the item back, refund your payment minus my post & packaging charge, as I have still had to send the item. All items leave me in very good condition, but don't forget they ARE secondhand. All CD cases/vinyl sleeves are uncracked/untorn - UNLESS I have stated otherwise in my listing. I cannot be held responsible for items that have been damaged or lost in the post UNLESS you have paid for Recorded Delivery. Without Recorded Delivery any compensation for the item being lost or damaged is at the post office's discretion -  I will help as much as possible, but their decision is out of my control.

Just send me a e-mail, if you want the JPG scans and I will do this within 48 hours. Sorry, I am unable to provide sound clips for any of my items as a MP3 file, however you can e-mail me to get my mobile phone number and I will play the tune down the phone to you.
