I can't find any information about this record.  I used my phone's Google Translator on one side of the record - see listing photo.  That may provide some information.  Here is what AI had to say about the NAC catalog number on the His Master's Voice label:  "The His Master's Voice (HMV) NAC series refers to a specific, highly collectible series of 78 rpm records produced in the 1950s for the Chinese market. These records are typically 10-inch shellac discs featuring artists singing in Mandarin Chinese, often associated with Pathé or other EMI-affiliated recordings, and are frequently accompanied by a lyrics sheet."  This one has catalog number NAC 1019.
The record was stored in a sleeve, or a storage bag? It has a torn out piece from the center so that the previous owner could see the label.  The record will be removed from this sleeve and stored separately.  The record itself LOOKS QUITE PLAYABLE with a faint scratch or scuff over a very clean shellac surface, grooves clearly seen, I'll conservatively grade VG++.
