About Us = We have a regular source of contacts and addresses throughout the music memorabilia/autograph industry. Most Items are supplied with COAs from a variety of suppliers. All coa’s originate from specific companies, dealers, or people who obtained the autographs themselves in this case usually a letter provenience.
We Purchase our products from shops, charity auctions, boot sales, markets and on eBay, swapping and selling to build up our business’s reputation and simply earn a living. If you have anything you would want to trade in then please email and let us know all items are considered. We have over 55, 000 stars addresses if anyone would like a particular stars address to request autographs or if you would like to offer us a sensible price for any item please do so and we will set you up a buy it now through ebay to guarentee the item as yours.

Postal Orders

Worldwide= £10.99 International signed for delivery. That’s around $22 dollars or 14 Euros. We do not reduce postal costs on multiple buys simply because we lose profit on some items and in some cases postal costs help to compensate for that. You as the buyer are responsible for how many items you buy and therefore have the responsibility to pay as per listing.
All items are posted within 3 days of payment clearing.
Packaging= All items are back with strong card and parcel tape so they will not get damaged in the post. However as per postage fees stated they will be insured by us for up to the value of £32.
Guarantee = We offer a 7 day guarantee on the authenticity of the items, If once you receive the item you have reason to doubt the authenticity then please email us with your concern and if the item is returned within 7 days we will refund you of the winning bid price excluding any postage fees each way. We feel it is fair for us to reassure you with a guarantee, when we purchase an item from elsewhere with a COA we often compare it with certified items before issuing it on eBay for our own peace of mind and satisfaction. We can usually spot a genuine from a fake but also allowing into consideration how may variations there can be of a signature with age and conditions of signing sessions etc. We do not offer a guarantee on the condition of the item i.e. any wear from age or handling, smudges concurrent with signing etc. As you will appreciate an item that is 30 years old will not be mint.
We have the right to withdraw any items if sold in our store at retail price
All non payers will be reported to eBay.
