Mega rare original LP of Thelonious Monk - The Unique Thelonious Monk (Riverside 12-209 - mono) Blue Bill Grauer Prod. labels with reel and mic logo and deep groove on both sides. Quintessential Monk trio LP featuring Oscar Pettiford and Art Blakey in an acknowedged classic that no serious jazz collector can be without.
The LP is in VG/VG+ condition with marks that will definitely make noise - not for the audiophile, but actually not trashed either - still, you will hear noise on this one. The cover is in VG/VG+ condition with general shelf/age wear, clear tape on the top and bottom seams and writing on the back liner. definitely NOT perfect, but how many of these do you see anymore in any condition?
