Payment

We only accept payments via Paypal (or cash on collection). Once we have received your payment, we will dispatch your item usually within 2-3 working days. Please contact us if you have any queries. Please note, we are open from 8.30am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday so any correspondence will be dealt with during that time. We generally ship items using either Royal Mail 48 or by DPD Local. If you wish your item to be shipped by an alternative courier, please contact us for a quote.

 

Shipping

We aim to dispatch items within 2-3 working days of payment. Small parcels are usually sent either by Royal Mail 48 and large parcels are sent by either Hermes or DPD Local.

Please note, that any parcels exceeding £50 in value will be sent by DPD Local.   

Please select your chosen option at the checkout or contact us with your chosen postage option so we can update your invoice before payment.

If you require your parcel urgently, please contact us as we may be able to make separate arrangements to dispatch this earlier.

Unfortunately, we are unable to post items which have been listed as 'Local Pick Up / Collection Only'.

 

Domestic Postage:

Please note: UK Highlands & Islands may be subject to an extra postage charge. Please contact us for a quote.

Royal Mail 48: For letters and small parcels (not tracked). Delivery usually within 2-3 working days of posting although this may take longer during busy periods such as Christmas.

Royal Mail 48 Tracked: For letters and small parcels (tracked). Delivery usually within 2-3 working days of posting and will need a signature on delivery. Delivery may take longer during busy periods such as Christmas.

Hermes (economy delivery): For items over 2kg. Delivery usually within 5 working days. Items will be sent fully tracked and may require a signature on delivery. Delivery may take longer during busy periods such as Christmas.

DPD Local: For a fully tracked and timed 1 hour delivery timeslot using DPD Predict service. Delivery usually within 1-2 working days of dispatch. Items will be sent fully tracked and you will receive a text message or email once dispatched which allows you to change the delivery date to a more convenient time or to arrange delivery to a local pick up shop if required. You will also receive a text message to alert you when the driver is on their way. Will require a signature on delivery. Delivery may take longer during busy periods such as Christmas.

Other courier: If you would like us to ship items by an alternative courier, please contact us for a quote.
 

International Postage:

Regrettably, we can no longer offer a non-tracked service to International locations as too many parcels have become lost recently. Please note that buyers from non-EU countries may be charged import duties upon collection. These are payable by the buyer. Please check with your customs office before purchasing. 

Royal Mail International Tracked/Signed For: For letters and small parcels up to 2kg and up to a value of £250. Items will be sent securely and requires a signature on delivery. Items are tracked within the UK only. Delivery usually within 3-7 working days of posting. Items will be covered up to a value of £250 compensation in case of loss. Delivery may take longer during busy periods such as Christmas.

Courier: Large items weighing more than 2kg will be sent via courier. Delivery usually within 5 and 10 working days. Items will be sent fully tracked and will require a signiture on delivery. Please contact us for a quote. Delivery may take longer during busy periods such as Christmas.
 

Collection:

Items can be collected Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.00pm from St Luke's Distribution Centre  (PL7 4JN). We can accept cash or card payments on collection. In line with eBay policy, full address details will be disclosed after purchasing through eBay. 

If you wish to collect from us at the weekend, please contact us and pay by Paypal as we can send items to our Clearance Shop (PL7 4JN) for you to collect. They are open 9am to 5pm Saturday & 10am to 4pm Sunday.

 

Terms of Sale

Unwanted or Unsuitable Goods

Please contact us before you return your item. Unwanted goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt, in their original condition, complete with all labels and instructions, at the purchaser's expense. A full refund will be issued at the earliest time after the unwanted item has been received. We recommend that you send items by recorded delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for goods that don't arrive.
 

Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event of any item being faulty or not as described, we will either refund in full, or replace free of charge (subject to stock availability). Please message us and we will resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
