Description
This is the official Columbia release of "Bob Dylan (A Fool Such As I)", only offered once on compact disc for a brief period, but never in the North American market. It is NOT the bootleg sometimes seen with the digipack cover.
THIS CD IS BRAND NEW AND HAS NEVER BEEN PLAYED. IT WAS ACQUIRED AS A CLEARANCE ITEM FROM A UK RECORD CHAIN.
The album was released on 19 November 1973 and was recorded between April 24 1969 and June 4 1970. The CD is date stamped "1973 Sony Music Entertainment Inc. 01-032286-10"
The tracks include 8 cover versions of other artists songs from the Self-Porttrait and New Morning sessions. They were belatedly issued by Columbia on vinyl under the title "Dylan" when Bob defected to Asylum Records for a brief period in the 70's. See photo for track list.
