Vintage Vinyl Set of 9 Casey's Coast To Coast 1977-1988

Up for bid are nine (9) three American Top 40 (AT40) shows (also known as Casey's Coast to Coast).

12/17/77—Box has some water exposure—the outer lip just out with one seam broken; box front (top) is separated from box back (bottom); cues look ok—some exposure to water and a bit wrinkled but no fading or ink bleeding; the vinyl needs to be cleaned; some scuffs and fingerprints but nothing that will significantly affect playback. VG+

11/17/79—Box intact but seems to be somewhat flattened on the right side. About an inch of the top of the binding is torn but still intact. Cues in good shape. Vinyl in VG+ shape—some scuffs and 1 or 2 very minor nicks that look like they will pop on playback but nothing more serious. VG+

5/2/81—Box ok. Intact but is somewhat worn. Some corner splits but the box has maintained its shape and is not flattened; box front (top) is separated from box back (bottom). Cues in good condition. Includes a Worldwide Listening Directory and memo (directory is 4-5 two-sided 8.5” by 11” pages). Vinyl—relatively clean; some scuffing; also some very slight warpage of a couple of the discs (shouldn't affect playback); doesn’t look like there is any significant defects (scratches) that will significantly affect playback. VG+

10/17/81—Box ok. Intact but somewhat worn (a little more wear than the 5/2/81 box). Some corner splits but the box has also maintained its shape; box front (top) is barely attached from box back (bottom). Cues there and in ok shape. Vinyl—discs need to be cleaned; scuffing; few minor scratches but don’t think anything that will significantly affect playback. VG to VG+

7/30/83—no box; cues good. Vinyl—need to be cleaned; scuffing on 2 discs but no real scratches; nothing that would significantly affect playback; 2 of the discs are cleaner with high gloss and no visual defects. VG+ to EX

5/12/84—no box; cues good. Vinyl—relatively clean with high gloss; some minor scuffs on a couple of the discs. EX

7/13/85—Sleeves—in VG+ shape with the beginning of a split at the top of the sleeve; cues good. Vinyl—relatively clean; some minor scuffing and a couple of fingerprints; one disc has a deeper scuff with a couple of minor light scratches. These might pop or crackle on playback. VG+ to EX

10/18/86—Sleeve in VG+ to EX shape. Cues in good shape. Vinyl—discs need to be cleaned; some scuffs and several fingerprints but the discs have high gloss; one side has a long light scratch that will probably pop or crackle in places on playback. VG to VG+

1/23/88—Sleeve in VG+ shape with a 5" bottom seam split; vinyl is almost flawless--couple of minor scuffs; some light dust. EX-NM
