About This Record.  This is a Keeper Copy of an original VERY FIRST Pressing USA copy of Damon's sought-after LP from 1968 entitled "Song of a Gypsy"  There were 200 copies of the vinyl pressed, the first 100 came with this cover, the second 100 with the black gatefold cover.  Damon confirmed this. Good luck finding any copy!  Everybody loves this LP, not just Hans Pokora (Six Stars) and The Acid Archives (Highest 4 rating).

Cover Condition: Very Good Plus (VG+) cover.  There is one "cat scratch" mark visible on back cover, but all seams and spine are not split.  But the spine is flaking a little bit at the top left corner, and there is the catch scratch on top seam near middle (see last photo).  Just light ring wear. No writing or other nasty things.  Cover Presents as EX but scratch is visible on back cover.  The Cover drawing is by Betty McCarroll. Keeper Copy! Please see all my Photos.  I didn't take them for fun and frolic.

Vinyl Condition: Excellent Minus (EX-).  There are some light scuffs and paper marks but no major issues; occasional pop and a little background noise detectable here and there.  This is an AWESOME sounding original pressing that has that magical quality.  Plays Great!

Labels. Excellent (EX) better labels

Inserts: Comes with original play white (now brown) paper inner sleeve. Two corners were fold and you can see the age marks from those.

Packaging.  I clean all vinyl on my KL Audio Ultrasonic Record Cleaning Machine and place it in a new innersleeve so the old dust does not reattach; but I also include the innersleeve that came with the LP if it is the original.  I separate the vinyl in its new sleeve after cleaning from the cover, and place the cover and the separately packed vinyl in at least one if not two plastic innersleeves that help protect against moisture damage during this cool records transition to your record collection.  I use sturdy carboard containers with real corners and pack with at least two insert stiffeners, and I place neon stickers on the front and back of the package indicating “Do Not Bend” and/or “Fragile” or something like that to help facilitate a safe passage.
