All records are shipped local registered parcel post from Jamaica. This is slower than Courier services ie. UPS etc. It sometimes takes more than a month or more occasionally(during holiday season) to reach its destination.

 However if the buyer desires; it can be sent by courier; but it will cost more; OR for USA, Canada, UK, Belize, US Virgin Island and all English speaking Caribbean countries they can ship by GPO express at a cost of US$20.00 per record.

This will take less than one week delivery and PLEASE add your telephone contact number .Also, we do no accept responsibility for damages caused by transit companies during transit. Photographs of purchased records will be provided at shipping time.

RECORD GRADES

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE GRADING OF THE RECORDS AND JACKETS COME FROM YEARS OF PERSONAL EXPERIENCE WITH THE GOLDMINE GRADING METHOD AND ARE NOT PROFESSIONALLY CERTIFIED. PLEASE REQUEST IMAGES OR AUDIO CLIPS FOR FURTHER CONFIRMATION.

M = MINT…Virtually flawless in all aspects, with original sound fidelity. Record appears unplayed.

NM = Near Mint. Exceptional condition and sound fidelity, with minor (if any) visible signs of use.

VG+ = Very good Plus. Near new label and jacket appearance, showing careful usage. Topical surface marks may exist, such as paper sleeve marks, and other signs of incidental handling that will not cause intrusively audible surface noise. Audio quality far outweighs any marginal appearance flaws.

VG = Very good Condition. Appearance shows moderate use, but a good degree of enjoyable play is available; the record shows reasonable care in handling. Audio is only lightly affected by intermittent surface noise, and music retains its full spectrum of fidelity, with no mistracking. (A listeners Copy.)

G = Good condition. Appearance shows extens ive use , but a good degree of enjoyable play is available. Record shows reasonable care in handling. Audio has fair amount of surface noise but music far outweighs surface noise, there are no skipping or mistracking.

F= Fair condition. Record may play with skips and mistracking, shows extensive wear and has plenty background noise. Record may have lots of surface marks and dents,…This may be a failing grade.

Jacket Grading Codes

NM = an LP jacket showing little or no wear, with no marks on front or back. Seams, spines, corners are not worn to any degree. Lamination completely intact.

VG+ = Record jacket that shows only light and topical wear, typically acquired during years of normal careful storage and usage. Reasonably fine appearance can be expected, with no repairs or seam and edge damage.

VG = a record jacket that has acquired a little more shelf and storage wear, still retaining its original structural integrity. Small seam split repairs, light corner and edge wear likely.

G = Good…a record jacket that acquired extensive shelf and storage wear but still remains in decent shape. Small splits and repairs ….also edge and corner wear. Note: + or - may be used to indicate slight variations in quality within each rating. Record jackets are equal to disc condition with exceptions noted.

All efforts are made to accurately denote record and jacket conditions. Records are graded aurally and visually and are professional cleaned, when needed but above all guaranteed to conform to the grade assigned.

SHIPPING POLICY 

Records are shipped within 5 business days of full payment being made. They are shipping via standard Jamaica parcel post which is traditionally slower than other commercial courriers. Depending on the location records can take up to 1 to 8 weeks to arrive.

For quicker shipping times an expedited option is offered for $25. Please contact before purchasing in regards to this option.

Damage and Loss Policy

Due to previous cases of fraud which is very difficult to handle for sellers on eBay, to confirm the authenticity of the record state PLEASE TAKE APPROPRIATE PICTURES OF THE UNOPENED PACKAGE BEFORE REMOVING THE RECORD TO SHOW DAMAGE. All records are tightly and securely packed and it is higly unlikely that they could break in transit. A refund will not be considered without this. In such a case were the record is destroyed the full amount will be refunded to the buyer.

If the record is otherwise damaged or not as described then a partial refund may be arranged for the buyer, but please provide images of the record to show damange.

If a record is lost in transit (no arrival after 7 weeks) please indicate so before opening a case against me. I will try to have this resolved as quickly as possible. If recovery is not possible then a refund may be arranged. However if the record does arrive at a later date I do ask that it will be returned to me (I will cover the return cost in this case).

RETURN POLICY

Returns on records that are not damaged in transit or are previously lost in transit are not accepted. If you wish to return a record that has been damaged please provide IMAGES OF  BOTH SIDE OF THE PACKAGE BEFORE OPENING to confirm authenticity of the damage. A destroyed record does not require a return. If the record is damaged in transit then once again it may possibly be returned at no cost to you (COST COVERED BY SELLER). Otherwise in all return cases this return fee will be handled by te BUYER.
