NOTE* THE BIG BLACK SPOTS ON MARILYN MONROE'S NIPPLES ARE SO EBAY WON'T CANCEL MY AUCTION.  THE ACTUAL RECORD COVER DOES NOT HAVE BLACK SPOTS OVER HER NIPPLES.  IT SHOWS HER NIPPLES BUT I HAD TO EDIT THE PICTURE SINCE EBAY CANCELLED ONE OF MY AUCTIONS FOR SOME MOVIE I HAD UP (FACES OF DEATH)........IF YOU WANT TO SEE THE REAL PIC JUST EMAIL ME AND I WILL SEND YOU THE PIC OF THE COVER. 

Condition:  OK, if you don't know about this album, it is an extrememly rare  LP released in limited edition and this is not something you come across everyday.  The Vinyl is in great condition and is ready for YOU!    It has a NUDE pose of Marilyn Monroe on the front and a picture of the band on the back.  Also, this has a song with Pete Burns of Dead or Alive doing vocals.  Wow.  Oh, FYI the glare at the bottom of Marilyn's behind is exactly that...Glare from the flash.  Everytime I look at this rcord, I get speechless.  It is time for someone to enjoy this record.  I cannot describe to you the need for a hardcore collector to have this.  It is like a badge of honor for a true Morrissey or Smiths Fan.  Here's a list of songs on the album:

About your Seller:  I take great pride in working with my customers.  I believe business should be run through good communication.  When you win an auction you will receive an invoice from me with your total.  When you pay me whether it is through paypal or by mail, I will confirm receipt of payment by emailing you and letting you know when I will ship your item(s).  It is normally the next day after payment is received and sometimes it is the same day payment is received.  The only exception is if payment is received on a Saturday in which case the post office does not open again until Monday.  Once your item is shipped, you will receive another email from me confirming the shipment of your package along with a delivery confirmation number (for U.S. buyers only).  When you buy from cobra-soldier, you know the exact status of your item which is how it should be.  Don't you just hate it when you pay a seller and don't know whether your payment has been received or when your item will be shipped?  You don't have to worry about that with me.  You will always have a hassle free transaction. 

Shipping:

US BUYERS - $7.50 US dollars for Priority Mail which includes first class shipping & delivery confirmation payable by Paypal (PREFERRED), money order or cashier's check. No personal checks.  INTERNATIONAL BUYERS - IF you are outside of the U.S. you MUST use paypal or Bidpay.com  IF you are outside of the U.S., Basic shipping is $14and insured shipping is $20.  The price includes a certificate of mailing which is .90 cents to prove that your package was mailed off.  To insure your package and get a tracking number you can take to your local post office, shipping is $20.  Global priority express mail which gets to you in 2-3 days is $45. 

Payment:

Contact must be made with me by email within 3 days after auction ends to let me know WHEN and HOW you will be paying.  Payment must be received within 10 days of auctions end or you lose your rights to your winnings and the auction will be sold to the next highest bidder.  If payment is not received on the 10th day after an auction ends, a Non-Paying bidder alert is filed with Ebay which goes on your record.  I do give some extra time to people who stay in good contacts with me. 

Insurance:

U.S. Buyers:  Please buy insurance to ensure the safe delivery of your items: $1.30 for $50, $2.30 for $100, $3.30 for $200 and so on...  If you do not buy inusrance and your items are lost or damaged that is YOUR FAULT and is between you and the post office.  International buyers:  Insurance and/or tracking # is extremely expensive.  It is usually somewhere between $15 and $25 for figures and more if it is a vehicle.  If you do not buy inusrance and your items are lost or damaged that is YOUR FAULT and is between you and the post office. 

Returns:

If you are not happy with your purchase Because it is in a condition different than described, please email me and you can return your items in the exact same condition you received them for a full refund. I will even reimburse the cost of shipping to send figure back to me so you are not out of any money.
