Description
Original 1980 12" single release of A Forest, with Another Journey By Train as the b-side. Released on Fiction/Polydor, the catalogue number is FICSX 10. Record and sleeve both in very good condition (apologies for the glare from the camera flash in the picture - obviously the sleeve doesn't really have that bright white patch on it!). I'm selling this (and a load of other things) because I'm moving to the US soon and can't afford to ship much stuff over! So if you feel like checking out any of my other auctions (I have a few other Cure items listed, or shortly to be listed), please do!
A word on PayPal payments: in auctions where I accept PayPal, that means I accept PayPal INSTANT payments only - I can no longer accept PayPal echeques, simply because they take around two weeks to clear, and I just do not have the time to wait for them! If a winning bidder pays by PayPal and it comes through as an echeque (it's rare that this happens, but annoying for all concerned when it does - the seller waits forever for the payment, and the buyer waits forever for the item - a lose-lose situation all round!), I will refund - the buyer is welcome to try paying by PayPal again (frequently they will come through as an instant payment on a second attempt - I know the buyer usually has no idea that the payment has come through as an echeque in the first place!), or to pay by bank transfer - either way, I still require (cleared) payment to be made within seven days of auction end. If the winning bidder is unable to pay by any method other than PayPal echeque, the sale will be cancelled and the item relisted. Please don't let this put you off bidding - it's just that the mysterious echeques are a total pain and not at all in keeping with the whole 'instant payment' aspect of PayPal that makes it so convenient!
Oh yeah... this bit does not apply to the vast majority of eBayers, as it has been a pleasure to deal with most people I've sold to and bought from on here. However, a word of warning: if you don't intend to pay, or you think you might get around to paying after messing me around for ages, please don't bother bidding in the first place. Winning bidders: please contact me in some way within three days of auction end to let me know how you will be paying, if you haven't already; and please ensure that I have received payment within seven days of auction end (as per eBay's own rules!). I will no longer deal with winning bidders who have not paid by that point - I don't have time for that, so will simply report the item as unpaid, relist it, and leave negative feedback and an unpaid item strike as appropriate.
