Description

I owned a record store in Philadelphia opened in mid 1970’s.An employee of Capitol records sold this to me claiming it hung on the wall of their office.Twin staple holes in corners clearly seen.No record included but it does have original yellow Capitol inner sleeve.Record/sleeve was removed while it hung so no seam splits.Slightest of water stain bottom back right edge below 3 for Scranton pressing. Also tiny stain top right corner to the left of T 2553 that repeats on top front.I see no other damage whatsoever.Spine text clear and easy to read with no stress wear.

I sold a lesser quality first state less than 2 years ago that I also purchased along with this from Capitol employee and buyer was very pleased.New owner will be likewise.

The first Beatles price guide I believe was published by my dear friends Robert & Cindy Del Buono In 1981 as they had a Beatles sale section in my shop,The Record Cellar of which I am thanked by name and by shop in beginning of book.

Make the Beatles collector in your life the perfect Christmas gift. Please no need to offer amount that is less than what a particular seller in Az. gets for similar several times a year.

One more thing,I do not know what caused white fade line on left side of cover running top to bottom.Perhaps sunlight striking cover caused it?
