Here are the details about this RARE STILL SEALED WHITE VINYL LP:

·       “THE BEATLES (also known as “The White Album”) by the Beatles

·       This is a WHITE VINYL LIMITED EDITION PRESSING. 

·       This LP (I believe) was issued by APPLE RECORDS - GREAT BRITAIN (UK).

·       The record number is PCS 7067/8

·       This LP was released in 1978 so it is a STEREO PRESSING.

·       The record comes in the thin laminated cover typical of UK/European LPs

·       The LP comes with its ORIGINAL STICKER on the shrink wrap indicates that this LP was intended for export, as printed on the sticker is: SUGGESTED U.S. LIST PRICE: $34.98

·       The STICKER states that the LP has “NORMAL ENCLOSURES” which should mean the folded poster and 4 photos of each of the Beatles.

·       I read on-line that “this pressing has unique hand etched matrix numbers, YEX709/YEX712, with no lacquer number.” As the LP is still sealed, I cannot inspect the discs and cannot confirm this.

·       CONDITION: THIS LP IS STILL SEALED IN ITS ORIGINAL SHRINK WRAP WITH ORIGINAL STICKER!!!! There are very small pushes on 3 corners with very small tears in the shrink on those corners. There is a small seed or grain under the shrink on the reverse side. The shrink wrap is split along the opening for about 6 inches in the middle. I placed 2 pieces of scotch tape about 2 inches from the top and 4 inches from the bottom to stop any further splitting of the shrink wrap. The un-split shrink wrap on the opening proves and ensures that this LP has never been opened and never played.

·       THIS RARE & STILL SEALED UK WHITE VINYL COPY OF THE BEATLES’ WHITE ALBUM WITH ORIGINAL UK STICKER WILL MAKE A FINE ADDITION TO YOUR BEATLES OR VINYL COLLECTION.

FYI: I use Goldmine Grading Standards (G for Good, VG for Very Good, VG+ for Very Good Plus, NM for Near Mint, M for Mint) to VISUALLY GRADE the LPs and 45s I auction, so please know the descriptions of these grades before bidding.
