I do my best to describe any/all flaws, and all items are thoroughly checked before being listed and are on an "as is"/"where is" basis.    I send out an eBay invoice to the winner within 24 hours of the end of the auction. If I do not hear from the winner, I send out a second invoice 3 days after the end of the auction.
On the fourth day the eBay automated system initiates the nonpayment form to resolve any issues.
