Condition: *Pic sleeve is strong VG, no rips or tears just some slight bending on front as seen in pic and a light stain on top left corner on blank back. Record is soooo clean and shiny, the shine of a NM disc, looks unplayed. There are just light paper scuffs on the dead wax let's call this a super conservative VG++. Stunning considering it's age. *

Hi, everybody. I received a message concerned about my general reputation as a record dealer so I wanted to add some personal info and backround before the end of the auction.
My name is Andy Noble, I run a record shop in Milwaukee, Wisconsin called simply We Buy Records. I also am co-owner of a vegan restaurant in town, Strange Town, and a serious rare soul 45 collector and DJ. I was a co-owner of Lotus Land Records in Milwaukee from 2001-2008. We Buy Records also sells via Discogs and Reverb under seller name "soulnoble" (Discogs) and "We Buy Records" (Reverb). There are many more positive feedbacks there.
This 45 came out of a beautiful collection I purchased this winter from a local AM Radio DJ, first on WISN and then program director of the legendary WAWA starting with it's launch in the early 60s. I bought the collection for the amazing soul 45s but there was a decent amount of garage and surf in there as well, really I'm just starting to get through it!
