From Detroit, this outfit later changed their name to Rare Earth after recording this single on MGM. "Land Of Nod" is a superb club dancer psychedelic number, full of fuzz and 'out there' lyrics and "Well One" is a powerful funky instrumental with a really forceful and hypnotic bass line, some searing guitar and backward vocals.
