 THE ORIGINAL DUKES

"AIN'T ABOUT TO LOSE MY COOL"

B/W

 "IT LOOKS LIKE RAIN"

Cool, hard to find '60s garage. The Indianapolis, Indiana garage combo's single was produced by Jerry Smith and Scotty Moore (of Elvis fame) and recorded in Nashville at the "Hi" recording studio- then released in March, 1966. "AIN'T ABOUT TO LOSE MY COOL" has been comped on Highs In The Mid Sixties 08 The South (LP). The flip side, "IT LOOKS LIKE RAIN" is mid-tempo, rather pedestrian pop blues.

 Condition: Vinyl is Mint-. See label scans.

Listen to an unaltered full length audio clip of "Ain't About To Lose My Cool" taken from the auction disc.

Grading: Mint, Mint-, VG++, VG+, VG, VG-, G

 Mint-: Very clean only a few light marks. A great record.

 Excellent (VG++): Condition between VG+ and M-.

Very Good+ (VG+): Used, but not abused. Very light scratches, scuffing or wear, should play and look very nice with minimal or no surface noise.

Very Good (VG): Still a nice record. Looks a bit used, light scratches, scuffs or wear. Still plays well, some surface noise.

Very Good- (VG-):  A bit rough but will play ok. Will fill the collection.

Good (G): Plays very rough. Has multiple scratches, scuffs & marks.
